We are an agency working solely with female athletes, promoting their exceptional talents and proactively sourcing exciting opportunities and experiences for them, particularly once their playing career has come to an end.
We're championing the unique strengths, ambitions and aspirations of sportswomen to drive the sports industry to change, and to consider and select individuals for employment based entirely on skill and the ability to deliver.
We have access to an extensive network of football players from around the world, including women who are still playing professionally at the highest level and those who have retired after successful careers in the women’s game.
We're striving to create a platform to empower women in sport to maximise their potential.

ella masar
co-founder
Ella is a former professional footballer who retired in May 2019. She began her career in her home country - and was capped by the US - before moving to Europe, where she won league and cup titles at some of the biggest Champions League clubs.
lucas mee
co-founder
Lucas has a law degree from Durham University and has subsequently worked with professional sportsmen and women in both commercial and charitable roles. A keen footballer, Lucas spends his free time winning football tournaments with his 7-aside team.
